We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. During peak season — June through October — book 48 to 72 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle. Last-minute bookings are accepted where available, but cannot be guaranteed during busy periods at IBZ.
Nothing changes on your side. We monitor your inbound flight from the moment you book. If your flight is delayed, your driver automatically adjusts their arrival time. There is no extra charge for airline delays — this is included as standard on every booking.
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall — inside the terminal building, immediately past the customs exit — holding a board with your name on it. You do not need to call anyone or search outside. Simply walk out of customs and your driver is there.
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer. If your plans change within 24 hours, contact us via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you. We understand travel plans can change unexpectedly.
Yes. The fare shown when you book is the fare you pay — full stop. There are no card fees, no fuel surcharges, no luggage extras and no late-night supplements. What you confirmed is what you pay, cashless and automatically through the app.
Absolutely. Return transfers are booked separately and we recommend booking both directions at the same time to secure your vehicle and preferred pick-up time. For early morning departures in peak season, advance booking is particularly important as drivers fill up quickly.
